Easy Mobile adalah aplikasi versi Android dari Easy Accounting System. Banyak fitur di versi desktop yang terdapat di aplikasi ini. Jadi, penggunanya bisa membuat transaksi dari smartphone dan bisa langsung terkoneksi dengan Easy desktop. Kali ini kami akan membahas departemen dan proyek Easy Mobile.
Di versi terbaru Easy Mobile pengguna bisa menginput departemen dan proyek per detail barang. Untuk mengetahui fitur terbaru ini beserta cara melakukannya, silakan langsung baca langkah-langkah di bawah ini.
Transaksi Memakai Departemen & Proyek Easy Mobile
1. Langkah pertama, sambungkan Easy Mobile dengan Easy Accounting System, kemudian isi username dan password lalu masuk, jangan lupa untuk lakukan sinkronisasi terlebih dahulu. Buat satu transaksi, misalnya faktur pembelian.
2. Klik Faktur Pembelian lalu pilih Pemasok kemudian klik Tambah Barang dan pilih salah satu barang. Isi harga barang, kuantitas, dan jangan lupa untuk mengisi Departemen dan Proyek, terakhir klik Pesan. Tambahkan barang lagi jika dirasa perlu, departemen dan proyeknya bisa dibuat berbeda dengan barang pertama.
3. Klik Simpan.
4. Klik Kirim ke Cloud.
5. Pilih transaksi yang akan Anda kirimkan yaitu Faktur Pembelian.
6. Setelah mengirimnya maka transaksi tersebut akan masuk ke Easy Accounting System. Lihat transaksi tersebut dengan cara klik Import Transaksi lalu sorot Pembelian kemudian pilih Import Faktur Pembelian. Akan muncul transaksi yang tadi dibuat di Easy Mobile, selanjutnya klik Simpan dan Keluar.
7. Klik Yes.
8. Setelah tersimpan transaksi tersebut bisa dilihat si faktur pembelian. Berikut ini adalah gambarnya.
